Engine History

The fish packer Cape Cross (ex-Cape Scott) is powered by a DMG-6 Enterprise diesel engine. The boat was built by the Fulton Shipyards in California, the same folks who built the Briana Marin.

A history of the Fulton Shipyard lists the Cape Cross as having been built as a US Navy transport ship in 1943.
